Shipping & Returns

RTA Online Store is committed to provide its customers a seamless experience and thus has created a comprehensive policy of everything that’s important to you. If you feel confused about any policy or clause, feel free to write us to seek clarifications.

 

Shipping Policy

When you place an order with RTA Online Store, we try our best to ship your product within 7 to 10 working days (i.e. Monday to Friday). However, this estimated time does not include transit time, since we cannot take responsibility for transit delays. Moreover, if your desired item is on back order to there are some unforeseen delays at the main warehouse, then your shipment maybe delayed a bit further.

Being a wholesale supplier of ready to assemble kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities, we continue to negotiate the best possible prices for you. The overall shipment charges will depend on the size of your order and we will select the best transportation channel (i.e. less-than-truckload or parcel) to help you save some more. We use a variety of supplies including UPS and Fedex based on the size and weight of your order. The freight rates are generated automatically but we reserve the right to re-calculate them, because of ever-changing fuel prices and cost of shipping. The auto-generated shipping cost maybe changed, if they are not as per the market rates.

Curbside delivery also known as residential delivery does not include delivery inside your home or any extra accessorial. However, if you don’t want to accept curbside delivery or are unable to do so that do make necessary arrangements to move the products inside your home. Also note that you may also receive a request from the driver to help remove the cabinets from the truck. Therefore, make sure that there is someone physically capable to provide help, if needed.

It is important that you make sure that the delivery address is correct. We will not take any responsibility if you make any address related errors. Before checking out, make sure that you provide correct details. However, if you identify any address errors, do contact us immediately to correct it. You will not be charged additional amount, if errors are identified before we ship your prodcts. However, we will charge $35 per day as storage fee for holding orders more than 10 business days. We advise you to make any special request for holding orders prior to purchase.

 

Return Policies

Not What You Ordered

Despite the fact that we exercise great caution while shipping your order, but you do have to take into account that we are human and can sometimes ship wrong size or style too. If you get something you did not order, then notify us immediately before opening the box. Style, shape and size details are mentioned on the side of the boxes. If this happens, then give us a call on 973RTAOnlineStore and we will make necessary arrangements to provide you correct size or style.

If you received your order via carrier, then you can use the same or different carrier to return the items. If you picked your order from any specific location then you have to drop the products at the same location.

Ordered the Wrong Size/Style

In case your measurements turned out to be wrong about the size and style of kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities, then you cannot hold us responsible. While we strive to provide you a seamless shopping experience, but we cannot take responsibility of incorrect measurements. Before ordering ready to assemble kitchen and bathroom cabinets, we advise you to do the proper measurements. There always exists a possibility of not measuring anything properly, and we will be happy to replace the product. However, you will have to bear the return cost of shipping as well as have to pay additional delivery charges.

Restocking Fee

Customer experience is our top most priority and we try our best to accommodate our customers by taking back every item that we can re-sell. However, customers should always order a sample first to avoid additional cost. If you wish to return a cabinet or any other product, you will have to pay a 25% restocking fee along with the shipping cost to return the product. RTA Online Store will issue a refund within 30 days of receiving the product after inspecting it for damages. In case, our quality assurance team identify any damage, then we will notify you immediately and you can file a claim to get the reimbursement from the carrier.

Since we cannot refund payments made through credit cards or Paypal after 60 days, therefore, we will issue store credits only after 60 days.

How to Return Items

Follow these steps to return any RTA Online Store’s product

  • Create a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
  • Call us, keep the order of the product with you and share the RAN with us.
  • Our customer support team will guide you further.
  • Return every item in its original packaging.
  • Once received, the product will be inspected for damages and restocking fee (if applicable).

You can also ask us to create a label for the product your wish to return, however this will incur additional cost.

Cancellation Policy

After placing an order, you get around 48 hours to cancel it. Cancellation done after 48 hours will incur 25% restocking fee. If you wish to cancel an order in transit, then you have to bear the return shipping cost along with the restocking fee. You will get a refund in 30 days after inspection is done, however, it may take a bit longer if the shipment gets damaged during the transit.

Storage fees

In situations, where we have shipped the order and trucking company cannot contact you to decide a delivery date and time, or you failed to give them a date and time, then you have to pay the storage fee in addition to your total bill. The storage fees are usually decided by the carriers and you have to pay whatever fee they may charge. RTA Online Store will not pay any storage fee nor can a customer ask us to do that. We reserve the right to collect storage fee from any party responsible for delay.

How to File a Return Claim

In order for you to successfully file a claim, you will need to provide us the following documents:

  • Delivery receipt’scopy that showsthe damages noted upon delivery.
  • Clear and labeled pictures of the damages.
  • Particular part of the product that is damaged with model number. Ex.- cr-b24; left side panel.
